Let's Talk Turkey

I'm making this short and sweet people Thanksgiving Break is here. Unlike the usual school breaks, I'm not going to do squat. I'm going to catch up on my sleep. I'm going to walk around in my underwear. But what I'm not going to do is any grading or lesson plans.

Yes, I'll regret it later when those deadlines come up nipping at my heels, but I'm always grading down to the wire regardless. So, I'll just cross that sleep-depriving bridge when I get to it. I'll think of something. I always do. There's always my sick days. I could take one of those, so I can get caught up. A couple of daily grades can always be dropped. I could set something on fire...

There I go, thinking aloud again.
