Think Tank
So I got this e-mail from the counseling office entitled Think About It.
It’s bad enough that I get forwards about retirees, bake sales, or anything else that keeps me from my job, but now I have to get the poetry of someone’s inner 12-year-old? What’s next? Pécan is going to call an assembly to do his Yoda impersonation?
This job, stupid it is.
And what’s with that last line? Was she calling me a liar? Because I gladly say what I think. Why don’t you think about how I’m going to karate chop you in the knee the next time I see you. Think about that!
Think about itThat’s it. Nothing else. Wow, there’s two minutes I’ll never get back (30 seconds of reading and reading again, then 90 seconds of WTFing).
What you see in a person is not really what you hear.
What you hear from a person is not really what you see.
What you feel in a person is not really what you touch.
What you touch in a person is not really what you feel.
What you think about a person is not really what you say.
What you say about a person is not really what you think.
