Believe it or not I had a student come in and make up a test without me having to harass him like crazy. He finished 50 questions in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, that's not surprising. No teacher's 50 question test should be completed that quickly. You know that. I know that, but the kids--staying after school for academics is like being at Chernobyl for them. They can only be inside for 10 minutes at a time before they start getting unhealthy doses of radiation.

It's a test. It's a major grade. Wouldn't it be great to--say, I don't know--check your answers. I know that Saved by the Bell is on at 3:00. But it's also on at 3:30, 4:00, 4:30, 5:00, 5:30, 6:00 and 6:30. If that's not enough, Zach gets into trouble. There, I've just told you the plot of EVERY episode.

Now if their coach asked them to run the stairs in the stadium, then that's a different story. They'd run until they puke. For me, they finish as fast as possible, so I can puke.
