It's Nice to Fit In

Why do we choose to ignore the signs that we are overworked? For some reason we accept a lifestyle where it seems okay to have so much on our plates. I ask you, when is it ever okay to lug around a rolling suitcase back and forth to work? Unless you're a flight attendant or pilot, then it isn't! If you can't carry it, then you don't grade it.

And I'm afraid that I'm seeing the next trend--dollies with crates. I've seen them up at my school and I'll bet that there are more than a few of you out there with them. I can see where all of this is going.

I won't be surprised when I see them loading up elephants in a few years like they're crossing the Pyrenees or something.

At least my shopping cart full of goodies isn't as suspicious now. I even saw one teacher eyeing it the other day. He probably thinks I'm hardcore and wants one for himself.
